Refund policy

– All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
– If a product arrives defective, damaged, or it is not the correct item that you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product.

– In these cases, Mellanmål of Sweden will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Return Process:

– Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds:

– Please allow 5-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
